Titan Aviation India participated in the recently concluded Heli Tourism Conference held in Cochin International Airport in Kerala on 15th Feb 2011. Main motto of the event was to explore viability of Helicopter Operations in Kerala. Kerala being a prominent tourist state with influx of considerable amount of International as well as Domestic tourists there is a need to provide faster and reliable connectivity between tourist spots which is only possible by means of Helicopter Charter Operations due to the nature of Kerala’s landscape.
During the conference it was extensively discussed that apart from of Heli Tourism flights between prominent tourist spots there is also wide scope for Helicopter Charter Services for activities like Pilgrimage Tourism, Air Ambulance, Emergency Evacuations and helicopter charter services between Cochin and Lakshadweep Islands.
“Kerala has a huge potential for Heli Tourism within the State as well as interstate travel between Kerala and other states in the region like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Goa. As the stake holders of Kerala Aviation industry and local Airport authorities are keen to support and promote Heli Tourism and Business Aviation Industry there are lots of opportunities for aviation service companies like Titan Aviation India who are gearing up to provide Helicopter Charter Service in Kerala as well as Air Charter Service between Kerala and other states in India” says Cptn.
